Kwik Kopy has been shortlisted in the Franchise Council Of Australia’s National Excellence in Franchising Awards.
Kwik Kopy was recognised in the Excellence in Marketing category for their work on a strategic email marketing program to re-engage lapsed customers. The program contributed to over $2 million in sales and significantly reduced the customer churn rate for franchisees.
The news follows another award win for Kwik Kopy earlier in the year, with Kwik Kopy Miller Street taking out the award for Franchise of the Year (more than two staff) in the NSW/ACT Excellence in Franchising Awards. Kwik Kopy Miller St will now compete with the other state winners in the category at the National awards.
The winners will be announced at the National Excellence in Franchising Awards gala dinner on 16 October, held during the National Franchise Convention at the Crown Promenade in Melbourne.
