I had an urgent print run and the team at North Ryde were very accommodating to my time constraints they even stayed open a little past 5pm so I could pick them up without any fuss. The staff are friendly and give honest feedback about what can and can't be done, they have helped my business immensely.

I came all the way from meadowbank just to get the good printing service I used to get from kwik kopy in north Sydney. No one asked me to see the files to give me a quote. I got a quote later based on the description I gave but the next day when I called to get another quote I got told that they cant give quotes without the artwork. Why didn't anyone tell me to show the files? I came just to get a quote based on my files. The next thing I got told is that they don't have time to print my stuff which they could have told me already the day I came. Awesome now I am left with a job which has to be printed. Really bad service.
