Has my order been accepted?
Once your order has been submitted it will be automatically added to our print queue and an email notification will be sent to your nominated address. If you have not received an email notification, please check your junk mail folders before contacting your local Kwik Kopy Centre to confirm the details of your order.
What if I am unhappy with my product and would like a refund/reprint?
At Kwik Kopy we take great pride in the quality of our work. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the quality of your product please contact your local Kwik Kopy Centre as soon as possible so that we can discuss your concerns and find a suitable resolution.

We are always open to hearing feedback about how we can improve your experience. If you have an issue you would like to discuss, please contact your local Kwik Kopy Centre. Absolutely! If you would prefer to be invoiced, contact your local Kwik Kopy Centre (prior to placing your order online) to discuss setting up an account with us. Payment by Account/Invoice is available for offline purchases only.

To ensure that turnaround times are kept to a minimum, orders are automatically placed into the print queue by our computer system. We will do our best to assist you with your cancellation but please be aware that in some cases, orders may not be able to be cancelled once they are in the system.
Can I make changes to my order?
Please contact your local Kwik Kopy Centre as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your order and our staff will do everything they can to assist you. However, please be aware that orders are automatically placed into the print queue by our computer system and in some cases may not be able to be changed.

Can I track the progress of my order online?
You will be notified via email when your order is accepted, and again when your order is dispatched from our warehouse. We do not currently offer delivery tracking however most orders are received within 4-7 business days. We do not send to PO boxes.
