Owners Mark and Elaine Prosser accepted the 2015 Franchise of the Year Award. The victorious Victorian team is in good company with this award being won by Melbourne-based franchises six times in the past 11 years.

To be recognised as the winning centre, a business must outperform all others ranking in the top quartile for a range of benchmarks including sales, sales growth and profitability. Kwik Kopy Managing Director, David Bell says he was impressed by the smart group of Owners nominated.

“The hurdles to be eligible as a finalist are high but this year we had six Centres who made the cut, however, Mark and Elaine definitely stood out as worthy winners,” David said.

“Customer retention is their strong suit and they understand what a precious resource their entire team is to their business.”

Mark and Elaine are strong supporters of the Kwik Kopy system and well respected members of the Kwik Kopy community. They were thrilled to accept the award in front of 150 fellow Owners and suppliers at the 2015 Waves of Change Conference held in April at the Crowne Plaza in Coogee, NSW.

“It was a great feeling to win the coveted Franchise of the Year Award in front of our peers and makes all our efforts worthwhile,” Mark said.

“So many people came up to myself and our entire team to express how happy they were to see us as winners. It is testament to the great feeling of camaraderie that exists in the Kwik Kopy System,” Mark said.

Mark and Elaine are very strong believers in the Kwik Kopy business model and also believe that if you continue to work hard in partnering with your clients, you can build yourself an extremely good business just by doing the simple things, consistently.
