The majority of our Centres do not have the specialist skills in house to service wedding invitations. We recommend contacting your local Kwik Kopy Centre to talk through your brief and they will be able to recommend a reputable supplier.

We can organise photo printing for you. Photos can be printed on paper products such as posters and canvas, we also work with a number of suppliers to do items like photo books.

We offer a wide range of paper stocks and sizes ranging from labels and stickers to billboards and signage! We can also print and trim to any size, adjusting the size, margins and scale of our equipment to meet your requirements.
GSM or Grams per Square Metre is the measurement used when weighing paper sheets. Your local Kwik Kopy Centre will work with you during the quotation process to explain the most practical paper weight for your printed piece, we will take into consideration your budget, where the item will be displayed and how you will be using it. Paper samples are always available so you can get a feel for the finished job.
International Paper Sizes follow a standardised system of related sheet sizes, based on a series of three different sizes beginning with the letters A, B or C – all of the same proportions
A Series – The most commonly used series of sizes for general printed matter, stationery and posters.
We use the ISO metric system for envelopes. It has been created to match the paper sizes. Essentially an A4 piece of paper will fit flat into a C4 envelope or folded in half it will fit into a B4.
Digital printing is the process of printing from a digital file to a toner or ink based printer. It is a cost effective process that delivers a high-quality outcome, in a shorter time than traditional offset printing.

Portable Document Format (PDF) is a file format used to present and exchange documents reliably. PDF’s can contain links and buttons, form fields, audio, video, and business logic. They can also be signed electronically. To view PDF’s it’s free simply download Acrobat Reader DC software.
We prefer print ready PDF files for printing. Otherwise we also accept EPS, TIFF, JPG, PSD. We can also work with mainstream graphic design & layout programs such as Adobe Indesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop. Depending on the level of production we can also accept Microsoft Office files such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Powerpoint and Microsoft Publisher.
A print ready file should be at 300 DPI (Dots Per Inch) to have the best reproduction. If you’re unsure if your file is high resolution contact your local Kwik Kopy Centre who will be happy to take a look and suggest alternatives. Alternatively, if you do not have print ready artwork and require assistance, we have a skilled graphic design team ready to step in and bring your ideas to life.

Absolutely. If we have been engaged to design your artwork you will approve it prior to print, and you should also receive a digital proof prior to printing for sign off.

It does depend on the quantity, however it can be as quick as one business day.
A quote can vary depending on the complexity of the job. Most Quotes can be completed same day, the Kwik Kopy Centre providing the quote will set your expectation of the quote turnaround. If you require costs urgently please tell your local Kwik Kopy Centre who will do all they can to meet your needs.
Once you have accepted the quote, provided artwork and are working on your job we have incurred costs. If you cancel the job after sign off we will bill you for the time and materials spent up until that time.
We offer both services and with almost one hundred Kwik Kopy Centres across Australia you won’t have to go far to find one.
Generally we require payment at the time of printing, if you are a regular customer we can set you up with a business account so that you have the option of paying within standard payment terms. Ask for more details about payment options from your local Kwik Kopy Centre.
Kwik Kopy is a franchised organisation which means each of our Centres are individually Owned and Operated and set their own pricing. Yes, the rate per page does fluctuate based on scale. In all cases we will always try to be competitive and find a solution that fits within your budget.
Locate your nearest Centre from our Centre Locator list, alternatively you can enter you postcode or suburb into the search bar to find the Centre closest to your location. You can contact them during business hours by phone or email. You can also use the request quote, send a file and Kwik Kopy Online Shop 24 hours, 7 days a week. If you prefer face to face contact, we welcome walk in traffic at any one of our 96 Centres across the country.
All Centres operate at standard business trading hours varying from 8:30am to 5:30pm and in all cases, Monday – Friday. To be certain your Kwik Kopy Centre is open at the time you need them, simply locate your nearest Centre and check their trading hours. We also often work outside of this time to accommodate the needs of our customers. In addition to this our online tools such as send a file, request a quote and the Kwik Kopy Online Shop are available 24 hours, 7 days a week.
