Quick service, friendly staff. I was quoted a price, and then when the job turned out to be cheaper I paid that cheaper price rather than the original quoted price. Quality finish (laminated poster). Happy to use in future.

Copied some high quality DnD maps for me on to A3 and A4 paper. They gave me better paper than I was quoted and a spare of my A3 print. Friendly people

unfortunately i forgot the women's name (Kristin/Catherine... ) not only were they cheaper by a huge amount, I was quoted 2 days by other printers, KK did it in under 2 hours! The near two meter photo they printed looks AMAZING in its frame! The lady that helped me took the time to explain things, understood what I needed and didnt try push me to the more expensive option (as it wasnt needed). my wife is already planning to print out more!

I have been using Kwik Kopy Alexandria for the past 6 years for all of our printing/stationary needs and I am extremely happy with their services. They are excellent at what they do. Their products are of high quality and always delivered on time, even at the tightest of deadlines. The owners and the whole team are very professional, helpful and creative. They are also easily accessible replying to calls and emails in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them.

that's unusual, i have always found Kwik Kopy to be more than helpful and extremely knowledgeable whenever I've needed any form of printing done. mind you my requirements are always complex and deadline driven. I can understand it may be cheaper or easier to use officeworks for simple jobs.

totally agree with the above review very poor service and make up their own prices then changed them to suit them. had to make adaptations to my own printing so i could avoid a $10 surcharge, was told it would be a cheaper option to print double sided then continued to charge me double. was charged $10 to print 10 double sided black and white pages. complete waste of money, only reason i had continued transaction was because i had spent too much time there and printing was urgent.would definately not return and would not recommend to anyone.
