Customer Service Digital Print

Kwik Kopy is a well established print and design business. We are a committed team providing quality print products and service.

 This is a key role within our South Western suburbs print and design business. You will be responsible for customer engagement and managing key clients.

You will be responsible for:

• Liaising with customers on the phone, by email in in person                                  
• Sales, quoting & invoicing using a CRM system
• Preparation of jobs for digital printing
• Providing advice and manage client relationships.

You will have customer service experience in a digital print environment.
