Brand marketing may use various media such as television, radio, outdoor, the internet and other media as deemed appropriate. At the beginning of each financial year, Kwik Kopy provides franchisees with an Annual Marketing Strategy Plan & Calendar of Events, documenting marketing activities for the forthcoming year.
Brand marketing focuses on creating awareness of Kwik Kopy nationally, whereas the local marketing levy is used to help build awareness and business in your specific marketing territory. Kwik Kopy also has a modern and effective website which provides a welcoming entry point for customers, generates interest and drives sales to Kwik Kopy Centres.
All local marketing activities and options are also documented in the yearly Strategy Plan and you can select the campaigns you wish to participate in. These are then centrally controlled and distributed to your marketing territory or to your customers, using your franchise details. They are generally paid for from the 1% local marketing levy. Of course, there is nothing stopping you from doing extra marketing for yourself and a broad range of promotional items are available for just such activity.
