Full Description

The Customer Service Representative is a key hands-on role within the company, responsible for managing clients print jobs as well as building and maintaining client relationships to ensure we provide a high level of service.

As you will be part of the team you will also gain specific knowledge on the job.


  • Dealing with customers on the phone, by email and in the centre
  • Sales, quoting & invoicing
  • Preparation of jobs for digital printing,  preparing work orders
  • Using computer software packages Microsoft office &  Adobe
  • Assisting with print production finishing as required
